Information we collect

• Contact details: name, email, phone number and delivery address
• Order details: items, amounts, date and notes
• Payment details: processed by Square. We receive only the card brand, last 4 digits and a payment reference — never your full card number.

• To keep financial records and respond to payment processor or legal requests

Sharing

We never sell your information. We share it only with Square to process payments, and with service providers who host our website, under confidentiality obligations.

Retention

Order and invoice records are kept as long as required for accounting and tax purposes.

Your choices

You may request access to or deletion of your personal information (subject to record-keeping requirements) by emailing support@smailite.com.

Square

Card payments are subject to Square's own privacy policy at squareup.com/legal/privacy.
