We want every meal to be right.
Cancellations
Call us at +1 (717) 328-0011 within 5 minutes of placing your order to cancel for a full refund. Once food preparation begins we may be unable to cancel.
Problems with your order
If an item is missing, incorrect or not up to our standards, contact us the same day with your invoice number. We'll remake the item or issue a refund for it.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds go back to the original card through Square, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
