These Terms govern your use of this website and any order placed with James Buchanan Restaurant, 15 N Main St, Mercersburg, PA 17236 ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel an order (with a full refund) if an item is unavailable, pricing was displayed in error, or we suspect fraud.

2. Prices & Taxes

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Pennsylvania sales tax (6%) is added at checkout. The total shown at checkout is the amount charged.

3. Payment

We accept credit and debit cards processed securely by Square, Inc. Your card is charged when the order is placed. We do not store your full card number.

4. Pickup & Delivery

Pickup orders are held for 30 minutes after the ready time. Delivery is available within our local area; times are estimates and may vary with weather and demand.

5. Allergens

Our kitchen handles wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, nuts and other allergens. We cannot guarantee any item is allergen-free. Please call us before ordering if you have a food allergy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
